1. Moisturizers make wrinkles disappear

2. Sunscreen is an essential requirement only for summers

Harmful UVA rays are known to penetrate through cloud cover and penetrate your skin deeply, which is why you need to wear a good quality sunscreen product all year round. Ensure that the product you choose has an SPF rating of 30 or higher.

3. Once you notice improvement, you can discontinue using anti-ageing products

Many people think that they can stop using anti-ageing products once they see a minor improvement or they have achieved the desired results. However, you will need to continue using them if you want those desired results to last. This is especially true when it comes to products that reduce the appearance of wrinkles and age spots.

4. You must choose skin care according to your age group

In most cases, the ingredients in skincare products are the same, no matter what age group they have been targeted at. Instead, it is recommended that you either choose products that have been formulated for your particular skin type or for a particular condition that you may need to treat, such as oily skin, dry skin or even eczema.

5. Dry Skin Causes Wrinkles.

This is not true, as wrinkles are usually the direct result of excessive sun exposure, genetics, and loss of estrogen, general muscle movement and fat depletion – all of which occur as a person ages. Although using good quality moisturizing lotions can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, they cannot make them disappear entirely – or help prevent them from appearing.

The best form of anti-aging is to ensure that you take good care of your skin each day. Your skin should be washed with a mild cleanser and gently patted dry afterwards. Drinking enough water will help flush toxins from the body that are responsible for causing skin to appear dull and lifeless, so if ever there was a reason to start adding water to your daily liquid intake, this is it.
